MD Support Services provides Maryland company-formation support: state filings, Resident Agent service, EIN application preparation, and related document delivery. You remain the owner of the company. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, bank, or immigration service.

What we do not promise

Bank-account opening or bank-application assistance
Website, domain, or business-email service
“Zero U.S. tax,” guaranteed EIN timing, or guaranteed approvals
A generic virtual office unless the specific use is legally compliant
Individualized legal or tax conclusions — those go to qualified professionals

IRS and Maryland processing times are outside our control. Government fees and rules can change.

Your information

You must provide accurate legal names and identity documents. We screen for suspicious, fraudulent, sanctioned, or prohibited activity. False information is grounds to stop work.

Fees

Packages are priced in U.S. dollars and collected 100% before filing. Government filing fees become non-refundable after submission. Recurring items (Resident Agent, mailbox, phone, compliance plans) renew unless you cancel in writing before the anniversary.
