Refunds

If we have not yet submitted the Maryland formation filing, the package fee is refundable minus any costs already incurred.

After Articles of Organization are submitted, government fees and the corresponding service work are not refundable — the state has been paid and the company is in motion.

We do not refund because a bank declined you, Stripe declined you, or a client still asked where you live. Those outcomes are disclosed on the FAQ before you pay.

Recurring mailbox, phone, and bookkeeping charges stop at the end of the paid period if you cancel in writing. Resident Agent renewal is required for the company to stay in good standing; dropping it is your choice and may affect Maryland status.
